Description

We are looking for a motivated Export Clerk in full-time for a long-term position as part of direct placement. This is a renowned, internationally operating company in the mechanical engineering industry with headquarters in 28237 Bremen and a high standard for its products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

Independently handling export processes for various goods, from coordination and monitoring to order processing for international branches
Preparing all necessary export and customs documents and supporting colleagues as an export employee on a global scale
Negotiating rates, creating invoices, maintaining relevant data, and handling complaints
Serving as a point of contact for customers and service providers and ensuring internal material supply in collaboration with central warehouses and branches

Requirements:

Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk and have professional experience in export
You are proficient in MS Office and SAP, and have good knowledge of English and German
You enjoy working in a team and impress our customers with your independent, organized, and flexible work style
Strong communication skills, an open-minded personality, and a sense of responsibility complete your profile
