- Work with business unit and functional leadership to drive improved forecasting acumen, accuracy, timing, and consistency of approach.
- Plan, drive and deliver the Company's financial planning processes including strategic plans, annual plans (budget), quarterly, and monthly forecasts. Ensure historical periods included in all budgets and forecast reports are reflective of actual results in the company's historical financial reports.
- Be a key contributor to the Company's financial reporting process including the developing of a monthly financial reporting package that includes variances to budget and PY as well as interim month reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports of key performance indicators (KPIs), utilize metrics to inform business planning including timely corrective actions when necessary. Improve the transparency, accuracy and utility of key performance metrics that will directly influence day-to-day operational and financial decisions to ensure goals are met.
- Analyze financial information and reports across the strategic business units, operations, and support functions to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
- Perform sensitivity and trend analyses to identify drivers and predictors of revenue growth and margin improvement and incorporate analysis into forecasting process and tools.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles
- Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint Skills
- Strong ability to identify and resolve data quality and system functionality issues
- Ability to build relationships, embrace change and manage the business with an owner's mindset.
- Experience with SAP and Power BI a plus
