As the Retail Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our retail operations.

You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives.

Your primary focus will be on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for our retail division.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):_
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking for the retail division.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure retail performance.
  • Financial Reporting:_
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, providing insights into retail performance and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management:_
  • Work closely with the inventory management team to monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and obsolescence to optimize inventory management processes.
  • Cost Management:_
  • Analyze retail costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to control costs while maintaining quality and service levels.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration:_
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Provide financial support and guidance for retailrelated initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
