Overall Job SummaryThis position serves as the subject matter expert for TSC's campaign management software and is responsible for building the segmentation of customers for all campaigns across the Marketing organization.

This role owns the cross functional relationship within the organization for ensuring the campaigns target audiences are built to satisfy desired business requirements, drive sales and hit target deadlines by provided documentation.

In addition, this position will aid the team with data analysis requests from the Campaign Management Tool as needed by the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Translate Marketing segmentation strategies & goals into actionable customer lists by utilizing critical thinking in combination with a Campaign Management Tool Identify Target Campaigns and ensure Segmentation is built to meet business goals, strategies, and executional deadlines of cross functional partners Develop enhanced segmentation processes and appropriate business documentation to drive process efficiencies and enable a higher frequency of personalized customer communication Execute segmentation strategies across all campaign types through a Campaign Management Tool Partner with IT to ensure that all needed business requirements are defined and available for needed CRM Segmentation.

Provides recommendations to business on needed Campaign Management Tool enhancements.

Work with Analytics Team to identify test & learn opportunities, build appropriate segmentation, and ensure statistically significant samples are being held out for A/B TestingRequired QualificationsExperience: 2 years experience in Marketing, Advertising or IT.

Understanding of Retail, CPG , or Marketing Agency business needs prefered but not requiredEducation:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or Marketing. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Experience with customer list generation tools such as IBM Marketing Solutions, Adobe Campaign, SAP CRM, or SDL Campaigns a plus Experience with SQL a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Experience with Microsoft Visio preferred but not required Speak, read and write effectively in the English languageWorking ConditionsNormal office working conditionsPhysical RequirementsSittingStanding (not walking)WalkingKneeling/Stooping/BendingReaching overheadLifting up to 20 poundsDisclaimerThis job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position.
