    About Us:

    Join our dynamic team as a Brand Marketing Specialist We are a leading healthcare provider committed to the care and improvement of human life. As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sharing our organization's story with internal and external audiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Write, edit, and project-manage communications that uphold our organization's brand story.
    • Collaborate with various departments to create communications materials for internal stakeholders, including development/M&A, marketing, HR, and others.
    • Identify and develop compelling stories and themes that showcase our organization's culture and values.
    • Proofread communications materials for consistency, adherence to style/messaging guides, and factual accuracy.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 5 or more years of experience in communications, content strategy, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in AP style.
    • Experience working with brand style guides and adapting tone and voice to different audiences and messages.
    • Excellent writing skills with the ability to write in clear, easy-to-understand language.
    • Ability to adapt writing style for different media, including print, digital, event scripting, and video.
    • Understanding of how communications tactics contribute to broader brand strategy.
    • Preferred background and experience in a healthcare-related field, with familiarity in writing/editing using medical terminology, conditions, and service lines.
    • Self-motivated with a deadline-oriented mindset.
