Are you ready to dive into the world of hemp beverages? As our Field Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our sales and marketing efforts in New Jersey. Reporting to the National Field Marketing Manager, this role is all about fostering relationships, creating buzz, and spreading the love for Cantrip products.. If youre responsible, passionate, detail-oriented, and love connecting with people, this is the role for you
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Be the driving force behind our field marketing campaigns, turning heads and winning hearts with our innovative products.
? Get up close and personal with consumers during activations, creating brand affinity and sparking meaningful connections.
? Hunt down local market opportunities like a pro, increasing brand visibility and driving sales in your area.
? Lead a team of passionate Brand Ambassadors, motivating and guiding them to success.
? Team up with retail partners to host in-store activations that leave a lasting impression.
? Craft exciting local market calendars, filled with fun activities and activations that align with our overall marketing goals.
? Get creative and capture captivating content during local activations, showcasing our products in the best light possible.
? Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from managing inventory to coordinating logistics.
? Embrace the adventure and travel to nearby markets for exciting events and opportunities.
? Keep tabs on campaign performance, analyzing data and insights to keep our strategy on point.
? - Collaborate with the COO to plan, establish, and exceed sales goals, pushing the boundaries with innovative sales tactics that drive results.
? Stay updated on in-market and out-of-market trends, exploring the competitive landscape.
? Share valuable insights to help craft a strategic sales model, unlocking the secrets to success.
? Increase account velocity, establish new accounts, and spread the word about Cantrip products like an influencer.
? Partner with delivery logistics partners to ensure efficiency for all our sales orders, making sure every delivery is as seamless as possible.
? Create and maintain KPI goals, transforming data into an intentional method of achievement and success.
? Immerse yourself in industry events, where each handshake and conversation hold the promise of new connections and valuable insights, transforming networking into meaningful business partnerships.
? Be flexible and be willing to pivot when needed, embracing each challenge or new business opportunity with enthusiasm and positivity.
Experience & Qualifications:
? - Bachelors Degree preferred, but passion and enthusiasm are a must
? - Previous experience in CPG beverage sales and/or marketing preferred, but were open to fresh talent.
? A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a knack for getting things done.
? Tech-savvy and organized, with a love for creating content and social media.
? A genuine passion for our products and the hemp industry.
? Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
? Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check.
