    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented B2B Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

    The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in Marketing from an accredited institution, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing assistant or equivalent role.

    The B2B Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing various marketing activities aimed at driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility in the B2B sector.


    Website Management and Development:


    Oversee the maintenance and development of the company website to ensure it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing objectives.

    Collaborate with web

    developers/designers

    to implement changes and enhancements as needed.

    Email Platform Management and Tactical Use:
    Experience with Mailchimp email platform.
    Manage email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
    Utilize email marketing platforms to engage with B2B clients and prospects effectively.

    Google Analytics and SEO Management:

    ERP/PIM Integration:


    Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and PIM (Product Information Management) systems to streamline marketing processes and data management.


    Social Media Execution:
    Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with B2B audiences across relevant platforms.
    Create compelling content and manage social media channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

    Advertising Placement and Management:
    Coordinate advertising campaigns across various channels, including online and offline platforms.
    Monitor and adjust strategies as needed.

    Ecommerce Platform Interface:
    Manage interfaces with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or others to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
    Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance the ecommerce customer experience.

    Software Proficiency:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat for content creation and management.

    Organizational Skills:
    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

    B2B Marketing Experience:
    Previous experience in B2B marketing is beneficial, but not required.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field from an accredited institution.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing assistant or equivalent role.
    Proficiency in website management, email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management.
    Experience with ERP/PIM integration and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
