- Implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy to increase our clients visibility, engagement, and traffic across all platforms including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Create, curate, and manage clients published content on a monthly basis.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used and implement the necessary changes.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Analyze campaigns and provide recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with our internal marketing department to provide input on what we are seeing as effective content in our digital program.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related experience.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Strong creative writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze and present content and social performance.
- Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Experience with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
