- Directly manage a team of approximately 10 Machinists.
- Conduct timely and effective mentoring, feedback, coaching, and employee reviews.
- Set clear objectives and supervise measures by tracking safety, quality, efficiency, and other area metrics.
- Coordinate and carry out company policies, procedures including Safety & PPE requirements.
- Actively participate in the hiring and selection process to fill open full-time and temporary positions.
- Identify, implement, and sustain strategic and continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare and lead area budgets and appropriation requests.
- Ten (10) or more years of machining experience
- Five (5) or more years of supervision in a manufacturing environment.
- ERP/Business System experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Machining, tool design and fabrication; including Milling and Turning
- Ability to write CNC programs and have functional knowledge of CNC and CAD/CAM.
- Optimally communicate to all levels of management and employees.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelors degree

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $91, ,500 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
