What you will be doing:

The Account Representative is responsible for maintaining key relationships with assigned customers. Qualifying and disqualifying opportunities quickly and correctly will allow the Account Representative to be most effective. Growing sales numbers and understanding customer needs and delivering the best solution will be critical.

What your primary responsibilities will be:

Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, resolves any issues or complaints in a professional manner by working closely with Sales/Account Managers
Initiates contact with new and prospective clients
Updates existing clients on new products or services
Initiates the sales process by scheduling appointments, creating presentations, and understanding account requirements
Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts
Collaborate with the account managers and submit reports to senior managers on accounts status, sales activity, and others
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

What you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
1+ year of experience in Sales or related positions
Proven experience in sales or customer service
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Bilingual in English/Mandarin required
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed
May be required to stand for long periods of time
Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery
Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
