Munich branch is currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for a position in
Ismaning starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d):

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for order management, including order processing, organization, and monitoring of timely delivery, as well as invoicing
You will also be the first point of contact for commercial inquiries from customers, suppliers, and business partners
Additionally, you will act as a liaison between suppliers, production, and logistics service providers
Furthermore, you will support the sales team with your commercial expertise in national and international contexts

Your profile as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d):

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have gained several years of professional experience
Ideally, you have good knowledge in the areas of sales support and order management
You are familiar with MS Office and have some experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
