The following tasks await you:


  • Assisting customers in purchasing the 9 Euro ticket at the machine (advising on booking and information options at the machine)
  • Customer guidance, for example for services that cannot be booked at the machine

We are looking for:


  • A helpful, customeroriented personality who enjoys approaching people through their strong communication skills and can handle different situations well
  • Knowledge of using the machine
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
  • Excellent German language skills
