- Managing the office employees.
- The ideal candidate will possess a background of a minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping and accounting and a proven track record of implementing systems.
- Candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere and need to have managed other employees before.
- This person will be careful with details, thorough in completing tasks, be able to work independently and meet deadlines, perform well under pressure, and possess a "can do" no excuses attitude. Market Center Administrator/Director of Operations (MCA) needed for Keller Williams Realty Office in West Broward.The MCA must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates' needs in such a way that they (the associates) are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the real estate office.
This is a heavy bookkeeping position so you must love bookkeeping and Operations. The MCA will be involved with clerical, administrative, agent associates, and managerial parties on an ongoing daily basis. As such the MCA must ensure that appropriate bookkeeping and accounting systems are accurately maintained.They may also be tasked with managing, training, and consulting the agent services team and assisting the Team Leader in managing agents and the Market Center.
You are also the Director of Operations for our office. You must take the DISC assessment to proceed with the application.Compensation:
