A Boutique Fashion Design Firm Designer needs assistant to come on client meetings, execute job tasks, preparation for meetings and for all office operation and needs.
- Working with the office staff to ensure daily time management.
- Provide administrative support to the senior office staff.
- Maintaining calendars, Travel arrangements, Executive Meeting arrangements.
- Maintain personnel records and files and confidential data files.
- Manage workflows and items i.e., vacation requests, purchase orders, internal orders, and distribution lists.
- Database maintenance and reporting
- Purchase and Return clothing at stores as required
- Expense Management and Invoicing (Desired)
- Handling and Shipping Packages via different carriers
- Completing Errands as needed by the senior staff.
- Coordination and Communication with staff in the office and overseas.
- Arrange logistics for the office staff on a required basis.
- Draft letters and memos create PowerPoint Presentations, Training Materials.
- Organizational Skills are essentials.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and able to work Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day.
- Must have a Car and Valid Driving License.
- Must have proper people managing skills and ethics.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Able to handle multiple tasks daily.
- Familiarize with office protocols and adhere to it.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualities:
- Quick thinker, selfmotivated and able to think outside the box.
- Able to diversify themselves with tasks given.
- Self-Starter, detail oriented, and great memory skills
- Sense of urgency
Education:
High School Graduate.
Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per year

Experience:
Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 2 years (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
