Your tasks

As a project manager for architecture (m/f/d), you specialize in the conception, planning, and implementation of demanding, innovative projects in the renovation, conversion, and new construction of office, commercial, and industrial buildings.
In customer workshops for factory planning and site development, you develop the current needs and then transfer material flows, factory structures, and development scenarios into model-based production, office, and warehouse layouts.
In your role, you are responsible for leading and coordinating an interdisciplinary project team, as well as overseeing the design, approval, execution, and detailed planning.
You independently manage quality, costs, and deadlines, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.

What you bring

You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering or a comparable education.
You have several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity, as well as in-depth knowledge in the area of logistics and factory planning.
You enjoy working in a team and have an interest or previous knowledge in holistic model-based planning of construction projects (
