    Description

    Harbor Nissan is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Controller to join our team We value this position as a critical part of the management team by providing accurate, timely, and relevant information for the team to make informed strategic decisions. Must be very detail oriented, flexible, well organized and possess strong written and oral communication skills. Full-time position in a family-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Solid understanding of A/P, General Ledger, Budget Comparison, Balance Sheet
    • Manage insurance certificates/docs for all contractors & vendors.
    • Produce accurate and timely monthly financial statements submitted to manufacturer and management.
    • Bank and credit card reconciliations.
    • Maintain Financial Controls.
    • Work with CPA on tax related obligations.
    • Develop and maintain quality team.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience required.
    • Proficient with MS Office products
    • DealerTrack DMS, Axcessa Reporting knowledge preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Must be able to work well independently
