    Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are looking for an innovative, self-starting, and critical-thinking team member to join our Analytics product team to support and expand our strategic Analytics accounts and our integrations.
    You will be fully immersed in the ongoing integration management (maintenance and troubleshooting along with expansion and roll-out), product implementations, and goal achievement of our strategic analytics client accounts. You will add value to our clients and the team daily by driving implementations, and integration development and management.     Key Responsibilities
    • You will manage our end-to-end data integration: data mapping discovery, coordination with our third-party integration provider, data validation and integration testing, and data issue resolution.
    • You will drive our analytics implementations end to end, including integration management, data validation, and functional training and configuration. It involves executing technical integration activities, including API validation with partners and integration data validation with clients, and designing new Student Information System integration data mappings, in addition to a deep functional understanding of the product and an ability to relay this knowledge
    • You will ensure client integrations are configured correctly and with no downstream integration risks. It involves supporting clients through deep technical investigation to resolve integration issues post-go-live.
    • You will work closely with engineering on gaps and technical needs for client integrations. It includes driving needed bug fixes, technical enhancements and providing expert guidance on the specification for new integrations with our analytics product.
    • You will work as a part of a cross-functional team and collaborate with teams across Coursedog to drive innovation and best practices in our data integrations.
    • You will collaborate directly with external customers to understand their implementation and integration goals and specify and design data solutions and configuration recommendations.
    • You will work closely with the Product team to introduce new features and enhancements.
