- Coordinate project activities, ensure timely delivery, and manage stakeholders' expectations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
- Make recommendations for technology upgrades or system enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Three to five years of proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Understanding of information security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
- Must be able to frequently move from place to place within the location; file and retrieve books and other items on high shelves; lift, push/pull, hold/carry of items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 35 pounds. of heavy boxes, books, and equipment; walk; bend; stoop; reach; and climb.
