Work Location:

Reading, PA - Hybrid, coming into the office at least 3 days per week with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday being set days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee assigned wire transactions from all channels, foreign currency payments, customer service, wire investigation/research, and reconciliations are done in a complete and timely manner and are in line with all policies and procedures, established service levels, as well as within audit and compliance requirements
  • Ensure all outgoing wires have appropriate approval prior to transmitting funds
  • Monitor incoming wire queues to ensure assigned transactions are posted in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide elite customer service regarding wire transfers
  • Monitor and review "OFAC" hits and ensure compliance with Financial Crimes business unit requirements
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors, communicate findings to management, and recommend solutions for process improvements
  • Conduct quarterly testing on current processes and procedures, as well as design and document UAT processes for ongoing Payment Operations improvements
  • Support opening and closing procedures
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that payment systems and processes are fully integrated and compliant with industry standards.
  • Assist with Payment Operations reporting

What you'll do:

  • 2+ years of wire transfer experience within a Bank/Credit Union Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience using PayPlus software preferred Ability to multitask with Ability to build strong relationships
