    What are the main responsibilities and day-to-day tasks for the role?


    The Business Analyst (BA) in the PMO is responsible working with the project teams to gather and document business requirements and other artifacts (e.g., process flow documentation, test scripts, requirements traceability matrices, etc.) in support of the project management of strategic initiatives within the Bank.

    The BA must work closely the internal project stakeholders, project vendors, and technology teams to ensure that business requirements are properly implemented as part of the overall project management.

    Must Haves

    (experience and skills candidates MUST have in order to be considered for the position)

    :

    3+ years' experience in a business analyst or project management role, preferably in a financial services institution.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a high EQ.
    Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and across all functions of the Bank.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    A high degree of critical thinking skills.
    Experience in eliciting, documenting, and confirming business requirements as part of the overall project execution.
    Experience with creating the following as part of the BA role:

    Use Cases
    User Stories
    Process, and data flow diagrams
    Business Cases and Business Requirements documents
    Requirements Traceability Matrices
    User Acceptance Test Scripts
    Experience with business process improvement initiatives
    The ability to research the cause of problems and issues and then develop and present an achievable solution
    BA degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a financial services organization
