What awaits you
As an Underwriting Service Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for a designated portfolio of clients or brokers in the Financial Lines segment of the Large Commercial segment and will take on the following tasks:

You will handle all contract-related processes in full, particularly using the portfolio-specific systems and tools.
You will also manage international insurance programs for our clients and coordinate worldwide insurance coverage within the Zurich network.
You will create all relevant insurance documents as part of contract management (e.g. amendments, invoices, insurance confirmations).
You will be responsible for ensuring the complete and timely booking of premiums, taxes, and commissions, as well as tracking and resolving billing discrepancies (active cash flow management).
You will work closely with the Underwriting and Sales departments.
You will be the point of contact for your assigned clients and advise them on insurancerelated issues in the Financial Lines segment.
