    Description

    Our client is on the lookout for a skilled and driven Collision Manager to take the reins at their collision repair facility. The Collision Manager will be in charge of overseeing all facets of the collision repair process, from initial estimation to final delivery, ensuring that every repair meets top-notch standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and have a solid grasp of collision repair processes and protocols.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and streamline the operations at the collision repair shop, guaranteeing that repairs adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
    • Manage the estimation process to provide accurate and prompt estimates to clients and insurance providers
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
    • Lead and educate a team of technicians, ensuring their expertise and proficiency in their roles
    • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for enhancement and make necessary adjustments
    • Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental regulations
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and insurance firms to uphold exceptional customer satisfaction levels
    • Oversee the maintenance and operation of all tools and equipment in the collision repair shop
    • Manage the financial aspects of the collision repair shop, encompassing expenditures and revenue generation

    Requirements

    • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 years of collision repair experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
    • Thorough understanding of collision repair processes and protocols, including estimation, repair methodologies, and customer care
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective team management
    • Proficiency in computerized estimation and management systems
    • Possession of a valid driver's license

    Certifications:

    • Valuable: ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) certification in Collision Repair Management
    • Valuable: I-CAR (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) certification in Collision Repair Management
