Job Description:
We are seeking a disciplined, highly-organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and transactional support to our Director of Transactions.
This individual will play a critical role in supporting deal execution, managing priorities, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and meetings for the Director of Transactions
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, buyers, and external partners
- Track deal timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across active transactions
- Assist with CRM updates and transaction pipeline management
- Manage and organize transaction-related data, documents, and communications
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all transaction-related matters
- Report to the Director of Transactions
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Highly detail- and process-oriented
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Professional discretion and confidentiality
