    Senior Sales Executive Job Brief:


    We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive with a track record of proven success, with 5+ years of software sales in a SaaS company, to join our growing ambitious team.

    Cannabis experience is a plus.


    As a Senior Sales Executive at Rank Really High you are a hunter, you are a creative, energetic, self-starter who understands the sales process.

    You know how to sell innovation and disruption through customer vision expansion and can drive deals forward to compress decision cycles.

    You love understanding a product in-depth and are passionate about communicating its value to different levels of stakeholders. Always hunting for new opportunities, you must be able to close net new accounts while upselling existing accounts.


    Responsibilities:
    Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.


    Negotiate contracts and close sales with medical and adult use Cannabis Dispensaries and Brands, ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.

    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with the team.

    Attend industry conferences and events, building relationships with key stakeholders and generating leads.


    Requirements and Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred but not required.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B/SaaS sales role, preferably within the cannabis industry.

    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Ability to work independently and manage a large client portfolio.

    Knowledge of the cannabis industry and an understanding of digital marketing concepts.

    Proficiency in HubSpot, Clickup, Google Suite, and other sales-related tools.

    Knowledge of popular Cannabis POS, ERP, and Ecommerce systems such as Dutchie, Jane, or Weedmaps a Plus
