We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to management team and employees
Perform general office tasks as needed
Support HR needs of employees
Process and enter accounts payable and accounts receivable
Provide basic support with Quickbooks
Enter and manage payroll
Support outside vendor management
Qualifications:
Previous experience of 2+ years with office management, data entry and HR.
Quickbooks experience
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Friendly with good communication skills (working with internal team members, outside vendors and contacts)
Self motivated with a positive attitude
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
