- Establish credentials as a trusted advisor with customer stakeholders
- Ideate with customers to create proactive and innovative proposals around business problems
- Set up vision and strategic goals for the consulting business for the assigned industry vertical / region in alignment with TechMs larger goals
- Work with internal stakeholders (regional and vertical sales teams, other service lines) to develop and execute an annual business plan
- Engage with sales, delivery and account teams to support revenue growth in targeted existing and new accounts through proactive proposals and RFP responses
- Drive consulting marketing agenda in the assigned industry vertical / target accounts
- Evaluate market needs, competition landscape, to identify & propose new consulting capabilities and services for the specific needs of the industry vertical / region
- Provide governance, oversight and lead, if required, consulting engagements in the assigned industry vertical / region
- Hire / motivate / mentor consulting team to meet business goals
- Personally contribute in establishing thought leadership for the consulting practice in the region and globally

- Experience in building up a consulting team (hiring / mentoring etc.)
- Manufacturing Industry Strategy Experience is a plus.
- Bachelors in engineering (preferably)
