- Coordinate daily administration of the domestic and international technical systems which includes Commissioning, updating, and decommissioning user accounts, groups, passwords, and access rights.
- Create and manage service accounts, manage password rotation, and secure storage of credentials, and password policies.
- Create and maintain accounts for Active Directory\Entra ID, E-fax, Duo, NetDocs, Proofpoint, Intune, Lexmark Management Console, Zoom, Box, CMS, and Intapp Time.
- Interface with the General Counsel's office to create and update ethical walls, import and export client data, and assist with technical issues.
- Monitor servers and data center infrastructure and respond to alerts.
- Provide technical support and assist users with virtual machines, system issues, procedures, and technical problems.
- Perform regular server maintenance, and verify proper operation of associated systems after the updates have been applied.
- Cross-train and serve as backup for the administration of the firm's other technical systems, network, cloud, and host-based systems.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned, including:
- Restore files and objects from back-ups when necessary.
- Create and maintain systems documentation.
- Liaison to our third-level support team.
- Participate in all firm activities that require changes to IT systems and/or movement of IT equipment (telephones, printers, scanner/copiers).
- Work from home position, with in person office work requirements as needed.
- Job is subject to time pressures and constraints.
