You will work in the staff department of a large division and gain diverse insights into internal structures, connections, and processes.

In a small, dynamic team, you will contribute to ensuring the high quality of our fundraising efforts and enabling the global emergency aid of Doctors Without Borders.


Your tasks will include:

Meetings and internal events:
Support in planning, organizing, and documenting, for example, retreats and team building activities.


Internal communication:
Preparation and dissemination of information, for example, through MS SharePoint and internal knowledge management systems.


Fundraising quality assurance:
Support in implementing and documenting (market research) studies, tests, surveys, and other quality tools.


Quality and process management:

Participation in the creation and revision of process descriptions and work instructions, as well as preparations for internal and external audits.

Other administrative support, such as material management and inventory, research tasks, or creating presentations and reports.


Requirements:

You are an enrolled student and are interested in a long-term collaboration.

You are passionate about humanitarian work and want to support us in enabling medical emergency aid through high-quality fundraising.

You enjoy organizing, have an eye for detail, and also for the big picture.

You work independently and carefully and share our high quality standards.

You are a team player and it is natural for you to work together to get things done.

You speak German and English fluently and have no problem writing short texts.

You have good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially SharePoint, Outlook, Excel
