Description

Responsible for analyzing and developing process automation concepts and options, evaluating associated costs and benefits, preparing automated systems and components acquisition or design and test documents, performing selected software development, and providing user training and support. These processes cater to various disciplines such as planning, engineering, operations, and properties, addressing both business and technical data. Assessing software, product, or service capabilities and proposing alternatives while considering cost and effectiveness.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and five (5) years of recent experience designing and implementing Enterprise Content Management solutions, specifically Microsoft SharePoint, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Previous work involving developing and supporting large corporate applications, programming business applications, or systems analysis. Profound knowledge of web application architecture, development, and underlying technologies. Experience in business reporting, analytics, and business information systems. Proficiency with Oracle or SQL database principles, including the ability to write and analyze complex queries. Experience in administering content repositories and records management.
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction even in challenging situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Keen attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to take initiative.
Demonstrated capability to plan and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience utilizing various analysis and development methodologies.
Adept at collaborating with customers and colleagues to gather all requirements essential for implementing capabilities.
Familiarity with all facets of SharePoint Administration, including Search, Content Hub, and Record Center.
Experience with Office Web Application and Project Web Application Servers installations within SharePoint.
Solid grasp of system design and workflow analysis.
Proficient in analyzing and evaluating issues and data challenges effectively.
Ability to troubleshoot error messages and performance issues.
Capacity to create KPIs and Workflows tailored to meet customer and internal needs.
Skilled in advanced configurations, developing/maintaining custom applications, modifying objects, domains, database attributes, and establishing object relationships.
Competent in crafting custom queries for both search functions and Reporting Services, including SSRS reports.
Proven experience in developing and supporting large multi-tier applications and interfaces with various RDBMS on Windows environments, coupled with a strong technical understanding of file system structure.
Significant experience in developing and maintaining software solutions in Oracle PL/SQL or a similar relational database platform.
Configuration and maintenance of IIS application servers and components.
Proficient in integrating SharePoint with other systems.
Capability to work on-call/weekends as necessary to uphold critical operations.
