- Exceptional communication skills for interface with customers, vendors and other project team members
- Experience developing in Agile project environment and leading organized teams focused on solution delivery
- Ability to define, schedule and accomplish tasks across multiple projects
- Engage with customers to understand business drivers and define requirements.
- Support our PMO with building our accurate budgets and reporting for financial success
- Develop User Stories and Functional Requirements and translate requirements into backlog.
- Develop specific sprit tasks from the backlog of work that aligns with the project schedule and commercial
- Support and mentor the technical team to enable them to deliver based on goals and quality expectations
- Perform test planning and develop of factory and site test documents meeting GAMP and customer requirements
- Support for our sales and marketing organization, evangelizing all the great work you do.
- SQL database design and development (MS SQL or MySQL)
- Python and/or Java programming
- .NET framework (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET)
- Web portal, dashboard development and reporting (Javascript, CSS, HTML5)
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering or other relevant technical discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Manufacturing IT integrating manufacturing operations to business systems.
- Experience implementing Plant Performance (OEE), Track and Trace or Quality systems that integrate to real-time control systems and ERP systems
- SCADA design and configuration experience
- Experience in Rockwell FactoryTalk Platform, Aveva ArchestrA, Inductive Ignition and/or Parsec TrakSYS
- Communication interfaces to PLCs (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus/TCP)
- First-hand experience with startup/commissioning/deployment of systems into production
