    One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Pompano Beach area. We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician who will provide maintenance on newer residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as parts/component replacement calls.
    • Accurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed.
    • Debrief service call with dispatch after each service call.
    • Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion.
    • Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
    • Maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.
    • Follow safety policies and procedures.
    • Abiding by ALL One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.
    • Respecting the customers property.
    • Participate in ALL company sponsored training classes.
    • Assist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians.
    Qualifications:
    • GED or High School Diploma
    • Associate's degree in related field preferred
    • Ability to pass NATE Core Test
    • Solid communication and customer service skills
    • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
