Description

We are currently seeking a full-time "Maintenance Technician" in Lauderhill, FL. This position is available immediately.

• Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC including complete system replacement as well as electrical, plumbing and general apartment maintenance.
• Complete work orders.
• Respond and resolve emergency maintenance requests (oncall)
• Turn vacant units
• Assist with maintaining the grounds.
• Must be a team player.

Licenses:

• EPA (required)
• HVAC (required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (required)
