Job Overview:


Duties:


  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend repairs
  • Repair machinery, equipment, or systems using hand or power tools
  • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in electrical systems and schematics
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
  • Ability to supervise and lead maintenance staff
  • Welding skills are a plus
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance tasks
  • Proficiency in maintaining logic controllers
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A valid driver's licensce and personal vehicle
