    Responsibilities:
    • The Administrative Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of multiple operational areas such as accounting, human resources, and general office tasks.
    • Key responsibilities include providing support for regional office operations, coordinating administrative functions, processing purchase orders, managing credit card receipts, and ensuring accurate billing and reconciliation.
    • Other tasks involve assisting with customer invoicing, overseeing employee off-boarding, managing information systems, handling shipping functions, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Additionally, the role includes front office reception duties, processing mail, and performing general clerical responsibilities.

    Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
    Standard office setting with some physical tasks involved such as sitting for extended periods, occasional walking, and light lifting.
