- Conduct Comprehensive Research:Design and implement qualitative studies focused on educational processes, outcomes, and experiences.Utilize a variety of methods including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and case studies to gather meaningful data.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze qualitative data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within Oklahoma's educational landscape.Prepare comprehensive dashboards and reports that translate complex findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.Create charts and graphs to visualize results.
- Collaborate to Innovate:Work closely with educational stakeholders to understand research needs and impact.Engage in collaborative projects that utilize research findings to inform policy and practice.
- Drive Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement evidence-based initiatives to support educator quality
- PhD or Master's degree in Education, Sociology, or a related field with a strong emphasis on qualitative research methodologies.
- 1-2 years experience in conducting qualitative research.
- Familiarity with a data visualization tool such as PowerBI is preferred
- Familiarity with a coding language such as SPSS, R, Python, SAS, SQL or Stata is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to see beyond the data to the implications for educational practice and policy.
- Outstanding communication skills, adept at presenting complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
