    Description
    Title: Provider Relations Associate Analyst
    Location: 100% Remote - Candidates need to be located in CST time zone.
    Training Schedule: Training 8:00am - 4:30pm CST (about 8 weeks)
    Working Schedule will be 9:30am - 6:00pm CST.
    Initial Assignment Length: 12 Months

    Candidates must have a reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet and private working environment. Candidates need a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment they will be using - Wi-Fi will not suffice.

    Description:
    Contributes to the Provider Relations job family in a support capacity. Supports and maintains positive relationships with health care professionals within the network. Provides high quality service to health care professionals. Provide assistance regarding education, contract questions and non-routine claim issues. Coordinates communications process on such issues as administrative and medical policy, reimbursement, and provider utilization patterns. Assists providers in contract compliance and credentialing issues. Assists with preparation or modification of provider contracts. Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets. Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales. Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Provider Relations.

    Skills:
    • Inbound Call Center Experience - 1-2 Years - Preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely.
    • bility to convey complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others.
    • Computer proficiency, willing to learn new systems.
    • bility to work in a goal orientated environment.
    • bility to meet high standards for attendance.
    • 1+ year of Previous Outbound or Inbound Call Center experience
    • 1+ year of Customer Service Experience
    • Prior experience working in a dental or medical healthcare environment.
    • Basic healthcare terminology.
    • Experience in a virtual working environment.
    • Intermediate PC Skills required.
    • bility to receive information from dental/medical terms and communicate it to others in a clear manner.
    • Previous production experience is a plus.
    • bility to use multiple systems on a computer.
    Education:

    •High School Diploma or GED /Equivalent

    Languages:

    •English - Read Write Speak
