- 10 years of professional experience with User Experience (UX) writing, content strategy, or content design for websites or applications in Mobile app
Bilingual: Spanish, English - Must be okay to level down and do microcopy and writing button text.
- Experience with collaborative user interface (UI) design tools (InVision, Figma, Sketch or similar tools)
- Enterprise design or component libraries
- Agile processes with Jira and Confluence
- Professional Maturity is a must.
- Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related
- Banking industry knowledge
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry.

Job Description
Our Client is looking to add a Digital User Experience (UX) Content Strategist. This individual must be bilingual/Spanish, they will work with product management and UX partners to deliver best-in-class user experiences. While writing and editing are core to the job a clear and concise content design is foundational to great user experiences. The bilingual content strategist is responsible for tailoring Spanish and English customer experiences via original content design, QC of vendor-translated content, and developing best practices in digital customer journeys. They will plan. design and create digital content strategies to meet user needs and support business goals for projects across the website and the mobile application.
