- Set and execute specific objectives and strategies for social media growth through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Develop a social-friendly tone & voice based on initial research and/or client direction and brand standards.
- Provide strategic recommendations for new channel growth and new/experimental tactics to support brand goals.
- Execute reporting tasks including benchmark & KPI, community management output, and social landscape analysis.
- Analyze social media interaction data as it relates to community insights including supported products, such as feature recommendations and/or optimizations, as well as competitive insights.
- Create engaging content that showcases the brand partner's personality, builds followers, and creates a positive image for the company (by generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily).
- Strategize brand involvement in real-time social media trends.
- Oversee and/or collaborate with brand marketing team on social media accounts' design in alignment with the brand (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) and product initiatives.
- Support ongoing engagement strategy including managing workflow, setting priorities, timelines, and providing creative direction.
- 3-5 years of experience managing social communities for brands or organizations, online user-to-user support, community management social media, and/or marketing communications.
- B2B experience with a focus on engaging with businesses, particularly in the hospitality, bars & restaurants, retail, and iIn-Flight entertainment sectors.
- Sports knowledge is a plus, particularly NFL, MLB, MLS, NHL, and NBA.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Ability to critically analyze data, identify emerging trends, extract insights, and succinctly report on findings related to both online brand partner, competitor brands, and/or industry mentions.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent grasp of grammar, punctuation, and spelling nuances of the English language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comprehension skills and thorough attention to detail.
- High-level understanding of digital channels, including similarities and differences between social media networks, messaging apps, web-based chat, community forums, consumer review sites, self- service content, and e-mail.
- Previous experience with social media management tools such as Sprinklr.
- Ability to quickly adopt and retain high-level knowledge and expertise on client's products and services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- True ownership mindset with resilience and resolve to follow-through.
- Ability to work 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, along with occasional weeknights and/or weekends for special event coverage.

Who We're Looking For - Social Media StrategistWe've partnered with a leader in the entertainment industry to help grow and develop their social awareness and advocacy. This role serves as a key player to create the ultimate customer experience (CX) by designing and driving their social brand awareness and community initiatives. In support of this project, we're looking for a Social Media Strategist to grow organic brand presence, who can develop the brand voice and tone, and engage on behalf of our partner across all stages of the customer journey. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Social Strategy & Intelligence in Salt Lake City, UT, this role will concentrate on ongoing analysis and reporting of social engagement team performance, including alignment, KPIs, ROIs, and recommendations for optimization. You'll conduct research and reporting on brand-specific, competitor, and/or industry mentions/trends to provide strategic insights (including engagement, content development, product development, GTM campaigns, etc.). Additionally you'll drive positive and unique customer experiences through crafting a social editorial calendar on behalf of the brand partner, with the intent to raise brand awareness, foster brand adoption, increase customer satisfaction, increase social following, and deepen brand loyalty. Lastly, you'll serve as a leader on customer relationship management by representing the brand partner, while also developing a strong understanding and comprehension of trends, preferences, and pain points of current and potential customers.
