    Title:
    Brand Strategist

    Hybrid 3 days in office/week in SLC, UT

    Comp:
    $80k-$115k

    Agency experience required**We are seeking a talented

    Brand Strategist

    to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in brand strategy and creative brief management, either within an advertising agency or a business setting.

    We are searching for an individual who embodies intelligence, professionalism, and a data-driven approach, coupled with a vibrant, creative, and positive attitude.

    This role will involve close collaboration with clients as well as our agency's research, creative, and account teams.
    Lead the agency's brand strategy and planning processes.
    Collaborate closely with the data analytics and research team to define and develop research strategies.
    Identify and articulate compelling insights from research findings to inform plans, briefs, and proposals.
    Develop, present, and sell brand strategies including audiences, values, positioning, promise, key differentiators, architecture, and value proposition.
    Use dynamic and innovative thinking to develop creative strategies integrating media and marketing tactics, aligning with project goals.
    Lead creative brief development and inspire creative problem-solving.
    Facilitate strategic brainstorming sessions with senior team and client partners.
    Work with agency creative directors to bring brand strategies to life, including messaging strategies and concept development.
    Understand campaign measurement and relate success metrics to key business goals.
    Collaborate with creative, media, data, and account teams to expand creative concepts across relevant touchpoints for different audiences.
    Develop trusted strategic partnerships with clients.
    Contribute to the business development team.
    Monitor and report on cultural, social, and behavioral trends and perceptions.
