NUCKOLLS is currently seeking a dedicated leader to join our dynamic team, bringing with them a strong sense of passion and purpose. With a rich history spanning over 120 years, we are industry leaders, setting the benchmark for excellence.
In this role, you will be instrumental in servicing our extensive client base of 2,000 businesses. Your responsibilities will include cultivating relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads, as well as overseeing a small team to achieve these objectives. As you gain expertise in our processes and systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director.
This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.
