    LiveLike is on a mission to provide software tools that empower the digital experience and convert audiences into engaged fans.

    LiveLike is looking for one People Operations Associate. In this crucial role, you'll be working closely under the guidance of the VP of People Operations in India.

    Your contribution will be key in spearheading our HR initiatives, with a focus on company culture, employee relations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the seamless operation of our office environment in NYC.

    This role presents a chance to help influence our operations, streamline processes and help foster a dynamic global culture.

    It also offers the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with key leaders, including our CEO, CFO, and heads of various departments.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Cultural Champion:
    Foster and uphold the company culture, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

    Office Management:
    Oversee daily office operations, manage resources, and ensure a productive workplace.

    Employee Relations:
    Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns

    HR Processes:
    Efficiently handle HR-related processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit interviews.

    Administrative Work:
    Perform various administrative or ad hoc tasks related to HR functions to support organizational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    2 + years of experience in Human Resources

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Knowledge of HR practices and legal compliance.

    Ability to commute to our NYC office 2-3 times per week.
