    -Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
    -Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
    -Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
    -Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
    -Hire event personnel (DJs, brand ambassadors, etc.)
    -Coordinate all operations relating to 'Ohana Floor & Tower events
    -Lead promotional activities for the event
    -Supervise all hired staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
    -Approve all aspects before the day of the event
    -Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
    -Analyze the event's success and prepare reports
    -Lead event coordinator for our Ohana floor which hosts white-glove executive events
    -Manage Saleforces large customer and partner events
    -Train new Salesforce events team hires
    -Budget incoming events
    -Manage meetings with internal stakeholders
    -Manage event request ticketing queue and assign all incoming events to event coordinators
    -Participate in operations call weekly across all verticals internally with facilities, AV, security, and guest services
