Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Expense reporting
· Travel planning
· Provide general clerical support for others, including preparing correspondence and copying, collating, faxing, distributing, and maintaining files
· Maintain the office in neat and orderly condition
· Coordinate event planning
· Greet visitors
· Answers phone calls promptly and courteously using established organizational protocols.
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills:
Knowledge of
Basic concepts, principles, and practices of excellent customer service
General office practices and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft excel and word
Using a multi-line telephone system
Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications
Ability to
Provide a high level of customer service to callers and visitors in a highly visible functional area or executive office
