    Job Description:

    An Investment Bank is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join their growing team This individual will be working on all firm accounting functions, along with Accounts Payable and cash reconciliation. This is a great opportunity for junior-level accountants who have a desire to be in the financial services field and a great work ethic.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Daily cash operations such as initiating payments and internal transfers
    • Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliation by monitoring all cash flows (revenue cash, disbursements, and receipts)
    • Prepare supporting schedules to assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end audit processes
    • Help fund and record the US/Foreign payroll
    • Collaborate with the revenue team to ensure Banker's knowledge of cash inflows from clients and make sure the related revenue and expenses are reflected properly

    Job Requirements:

    • At least 2-3 years of accounting experience
    • Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Background in Accounts Payable
