Purpose of Position:

Provides customers with courteous customer service in person and over the phone in; strives to retain present customers and develop new business by extending professional and efficient service and suggesting additional services and products to serve customers' needs.


  • Interact, coordinate, prioritize, expedite with executives, sales reps, current and potential
customers, accounting/credit, manufacturing/production shipping and purchasing.

  • Ensure timely delivery schedules and comparison of limited stock quantities to currentneeds making production aware of future needs.
  • P sals for distributors based on their specifications for steam bath units and towel warmers for gyms, condos, coops, residential homes, hotels, resorts and yachts.
  • For domestic and international customers authorize approve and confirm pricing, lead times, delivery dates, customer returns back to inventory, restocking fees and issue credits.
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork for export orders including, proformas, banking pricing, freight, delivery, letters of credit, commercial invoice, and shipper's letter of intent, ocean, and airway bills.
  • Instruct factory on special needs for each export shipment, relate special manufacturing specifications to engineering and production.
  • Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
and product information and directing the potential customer to the sales force when

required.

  • Review and process all orders generated from ecommerce accounts via EDI.
  • Interact and support with and assist Mr. Steam regional sales managers and manufacturer
representatives.


MRSTEAM

Qualifications:

  • 2 years related experience or equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and understand the primary
language used in the workplace

  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various
backgrounds

  • Acute attention to detail
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Pay:
From $26.00 per hour
