We manufacture customer-oriented products of high quality, making us a valued partner for medical diagnostic industry companies.


We are currently seeking a Supervisor for our Warehouse Logistics department at our Nördlingen location.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading the logistics team
  • Responsible for areas such as incoming goods, warehouse management, picking, packaging, and internal transportation
  • Ensuring correct and timely delivery and supply to internal departments
  • Responsible for inventory management in the warehouse management system
  • Continuously optimizing process flows in line with the LRE Operational Excellence Roadmap
  • Continuous development and training of the logistics team (qualification plan)
  • Participation in annual budget planning; monitoring compliance with the cost budget for the warehouse logistics department

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on logistics/warehouse management or a qualification as a logistics master or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and social skills with several years of experience in the factory and warehouse logistics field
  • Strong commercial understanding and high level of service and customer orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, initiative, and decisionmaking ability
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
  • Strong methodological skills and resultsoriented, structured work approach
