Our team of 150 employees and 40 doctors provide care to our patients at our main location in Wandsbek and our branch offices in Harburg, Blankenese, and Bramfeld.

Part-time | Full-time 39 hours/week
No weekend work

HR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Telephone support for patient inquiries, actively contacting patients
Telephone appointment scheduling and rescheduling for our locations
Telephone and email management

YOUR PROFILE

Previous experience in telephone communication, ideally with basic medical knowledge
Good PC skills and experience with MS Office are required
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
You are an empathetic contact person for our patients and their families and have a good sense of their needs
