Snapshot of Your Day
As a student (not yet graduated), you will work within a dynamic team on diverse tasks related to HR.

You will support the team of the German HR organization at Siemens Energy, primarily on cross-functional topics and projects, with a focus on building knowledge platforms and expanding internal HR intranet pages.

In this role, you can utilize your IT affinity and also gain knowledge on exciting HR topics.

Your daily work will involve close collaboration with various colleagues from our HR organization - HR business partners, project managers, and specialists.


How You Can Make a Difference

  • Contribute to the topic of knowledge management, knowledge database, and take on independent responsibility in this project
  • Implement a concept for a knowledge database in SharePoint
  • Manage technical and contentrelated setup and maintenance of SharePoint
  • Support HR reporting and data analysis
  • Participate in developing HR concepts and workshops
  • Assist with training and leadership development by creating and maintaining documentation and training materials

What You Bring

  • Ongoing studies in business administration, economics, psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR environment (desirable)
  • IT affinity and excellent MS Office skills (SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • High level of initiative with strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
  • Creativity and enjoyment in developing new solutions
