- Leads the development, coordination, managing, facilitating, conducting, and evaluating onboarding and orientation programs for the new Registered Nurse.

- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education or other clinical field Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in clinical education or 5+ years' experience in nursing in an acute care hospital; if no experience as a clinical educator will consider 3+ years' experience as a preceptor Required
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice or has an active compact state license in accordance with law and regulation Required
