    Responsibilities
    • Achieve sales goals through cross-selling to existing customers (this position may, but is not required to, bring in new clients to the agency).
    • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
    • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing solutions, and offering personalized insurance options.
    • Policy Management: Review, update, and adjust insurance policies based on client needs and preferences.
    • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Client Retention: Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and trust in the company.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy changes, and service requests for future reference.
    • Continuous Training: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company policies to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
    Job Qualifications
    • Strong interest in a sales career sales experience preferred
    • No insurance experience required
    • Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus)
    • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
    • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation is typically offered as base plus commission and will depend on the agency and your experience.
